DEVI is a pioneer in electric heating systems. It is a brand that combines innovation, quality and reliability in its more than 80-year tradition, which is supported by a unique 20-year extended DEVI warranty.

The company's beginnings date back to 1942, when DEVI A/S (Dansk El-Varme Industri) was established in Copenhagen, Denmark. It was engaged in the development and production of electric heating cables for the industry, and in the 1960s the production program was expanded to include cold rooms.

In 1987, thermostats were added to the heating cables with development and production.

In 1997, it launched the first self-adhesive electric thin heating mat DEVImat, and in 1998 the world's first adaptive thermostat DEVIreg 550, which represented the gold standard for many years.

Today, DEVI is the only brand that has its own development of all components of a complete electric heating system - heating cables/mats, thermostats, controllers, and accessories for various applications.

The owner of the DEVI brand is the Danish group Danfoss A/S, which took over DEVI A/S in 2003 and celebrated 80 years of the DEVI brand in 2021.
