Years of experience enable us to provide professional and practical advice to both users and installers when choosing from the wide range of DEVI products and on the topic of accompanying electrical installations.

We continuously educate ourselves at DEVI, and for contractual partners we also regularly conduct training on new products and installation of heating systems.

With the help of DEVI software, we create simple projects for electric floor heating of rooms, more complex ones we forward to the DEVI design office for production.

We have the vast majority of DEVI products permanently in stock at ETIK d.o.o. in Ljubljana. Delivery time is 2 working days. For larger projects or larger quantities, delivery time is 7 working days.

Regardless of the type of electric heating system - indoor floor heating, snow and ice melting or pipe heating, at ETIK d.o.o. we have installed this many times. At the same time, we are not afraid of new challenges.

Programming digital controllers, appropriate parameter settings, checking proper connection to power supply, connections to electrical panel, fuses, connection.

In case of complaint or warranty claim, we inspect and photograph the problematic part of the heating system, compile a report and submit it to DEVI.
